Here are a few videos that were post worthy to me.
watch the whole video, you'll get it at the end
This video is from 2007, but its okay because we love Alexander Wang
Gotta love Mary Kate Olsen and Nylon
She is adorable, and her talent to irish dance doesnt hurt either
I couldn't get some of the videos directly on here, so here are the links:
http://www.i-dmagazine.com/worldwide/tyron_lebon.htm "This film looks at clothing sponsorship and its effects on the identity of the talented young Indonesian surfer Dede Suryana. It highlights the conflicting roles that sponsorship plays; both restricting Dede's identity through controlled branding and simultaneously enabling him to fulfill his surfing ambitions through financial support. "
http://www.i-dmagazine.com/worldwide/ali_mahdavi.htm "Ali Madhavi has Alopecia Universalis, a disease that deprives him of hair and his film focuses on those who are similarly afflicted. "I have been compared to all the bald people on earth..yet all I need is a wig for all resemblance to evaporate. No longer having hair violently changes our relationship with others, and the rules of seduction, desire, and one's love-life are deeply disturbed, especially if the illness manifests itself before adulthood."
http://www.i-dmagazine.com/worldwide/mark_lebon.htm "along with buddy Judy Blame, Mark has tackled traditional notions of gender, sexuality and dress, and established a newfound Buffalo aesthetic. Mark recently found and then lost his love, an upsetting and unsettled time which made him question his ideals, hone his artistic references and project his feelings through his video, photographic and sculptural art."
http://www.i-dmagazine.com/worldwide/anette_aurelle.htm "This film features a dinner party in Aurell's New York apartment. Each guest seated round the table is asked to elaborate on the idea of 'woman', the results are an insightful account of the role of the modern female in today's society."

Outfit Inspirations
I'm in love with the pink leather jacket

I think the boots are what really make this outfit

I love how she is mixing the androgynous look with the dainty Chanel purse

OBSESSED with this whole look. The socks with the studded heels are perfection

I think its creative how she takes a simple furry jacket, but under she wears a vintage looking beaded cardigan

I'd die for those shoes (I'm actually looking for a pair of those, so if you know where to get a good pair let me know :]) love the tucked in shirt with the layered necklaces. There is nothing i can specifically point out what i love, the whole look is great

I've been completely engrossed with oxford shoes lately, and the jeans are to die for

Her glasses give the look a 60s vibe and I love how denim is coming back in

Again, the androgynous look. I've been doing that a lot lately with my own wardrobe.
Its a Grundy feel, but not frumpy. The hairs a mess, the over sized shirt, the shoes. Its great

The outfit works perfectly with her complexion and her hair. The acid wash jeans really make the outfit
Polka dots with red nails. Love.

So I’ve been inspired by the sartorialist lately. I was searching the web and I found some really creative outfits courtesy of lookbook.nu and other web sites of that sort.

A Start to Something Beautiful
Not the best picture of me, but adds to the mysterious factor...dont cha think?Hello everyone! I’ll admit, I’m a rookie to this, so bear with me. Basically I’m an aspiring fashion stylist/merchandiser/designer/model. Honestly, ill do anything that has to do with the creative world. I want to share my perspective on fashion, music, art, and life. But I want your opinions too. Positive or negative. I want this to inspire, inform, and provoke ideas for all the fashion and music addicts out there. So here we go!
